Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives during my stay. The rooms were equipped with some nice amenities but cleanliness was an issue. The service was lacking compared to previous experiences at similar hotels. The location was convenient for sightseeing but not clearly described. The dining experience varied from mediocre to excellent. Overall, there were some facilities that added to the stay but improvements are needed.
The hotel had a few drawbacks like the rooms being a bit tired and uncomfortably hot despite attempts to cool them down, and the distant location from some amenities. On the bright side, the service was fantastic with lovely gestures like Elemis beauty gifts, and the location was brilliant for our needs.
The hotel location was convenient with a quiet atmosphere, but the rooms needed refurbishment and proper cleaning. Service was lacking in customer care, except for Louis who offered local insights. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good food selection but some service issues. Overall, the hotel was affordable but fell short on many aspects of a pleasant stay.
